Getting Ready for The New Online Banking
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new online banking platform set to launch February 5, 2018. We’ve been working hard to develop an all-new system that gives you a better banking experience. The new user-friendly platform gives you all the same online banking features as before, plus some exciting new ones!
We know a new system can take some getting used to. That’s why we want you to be as prepared as possible.
Re-Enrollment is Required
The first time you login, you'll be required to enroll (even if you're already signed up). To do this, you will need to know your member number and SSN and will need to set a user name and password. You can use your existing username and password if you'd like (if they meet security requirements).
Locating Your Member Number
If you don't know your member number it can be located in a few places:
- Within the current online banking system next to your Regular Share Account (exclude the preceding zero along with the colon and all digits after):
- At the top of your monthly statement or eStatement
We recommend you locate and record your member number now for a smooth and seamless login on or after February 5.
