Relocation and Renovation: Why Our Move to Walnut Creek Will Change Your Banking Experience

By now, you may have heard that we are relocating our Pleasant Hill office to a new and improved location in Walnut Creek, set to open in this December. As many individuals wonder when they hear a business is moving, you must be concerned about what this move means for you (I know I did when my local donut shop moved 10 minutes away). But we’re here to show you that not only is this move great for your banking experience, but it revolutionizes your approach to finance overall.

Your Banking Needs

As your local SafeAmerica Credit Union, we took the time and painstaking effort to ensure that our move would only leave a positive impact on your banking experience. While we are in the process of relocating, you will still be able to use our 24/7 Mobile and Online Banking tools to access account information, Bill Pay, and even more. All of our Kasasa accounts have access to any ATM in the nation, with ATM fees covered up to $25 per month. But if that’s not enough, we are also part of the shared ATM program, giving you access to use any credit union ATM free of charge.

We’re dedicated to your Better Banking Experience not only during this move, but have made it the main target of our relocation. We’re so dedicated, we decided to redefine banking with us while we were at it. Instead of the traditional approach of members simply coming into a branch location to move money into accounts, we will focus on also offering expert advice to members on programs that will best benefit your fiscal needs and offer you a stable future with a reliable financial institution such as ours.

Our Branch of the Future

Our “Branch of the Future” will host several revolutionary features which will improve the banking experience for any and every member. We’ve strived to remove the antiquated formalities of the banking experience and creating a fiscal home which welcomes individuals in. We’ve also built this location with more staff than any other SafeAmerica branch. In our Walnut Creek location, you can access a streamlined approach to banking that will have all the security of before, but now without the line.

While most financial centers are primarily transactional, SafeAmerica is beginning to shift its focus to a balance between transactions and consulting. Instead of the traditional approach of members simply coming into a branch location to move money into accounts, our new branch will focus on also offering expert advice to members on programs that will best benefit your fiscal needs and offer them a stable future with a reliable financial institution. Continuing along this theme, we will also have an advisory lounge, dedicated to the financial education of their members and members of the community alike. Individuals will be able to come here for information and seminars about a host of financial management and lifestyle topics.

The Orchards at Walnut Creek

We get that having your trusted financial institution move must be a little difficult. That’s why we worked diligently to make sure not only is this move well worth it, but it will clearly improve your Better Banking Experience. The Orchards is a highly anticipated lifestyle center project created to best serve a large community, perfect for our treasured SafeAmerica members. Our branch will be located by a Safeway, popular coffee shop, and physical fitness center in order to equate ease and access with your fiscal education and lifestyle. We have strived to make banking as easy as grabbing a cup of joe.
