We’re Looking For Volunteers!
By volunteering to serve on SafeAmerica Credit Union’s Board of Directors, you can help to continue to make a difference for all the members we proudly serve as well as the communities we are a part of. SafeAmerica is a not-for-profit financial institution, which means we’re owned and operated by our members. Our Board of Directors serve to oversee and shape the Credit Union’s long-term goals and objectives and are responsible for the overall progress of this 68 year old institution.

- Have the desire to make positive financial impacts to surrounding communities
- Understand financial basics
Then you should apply to begin the process of potentially playing an important role for our members!

If you would like to be considered for nomination, you may send a statement of interest including your name, member number, contact information, and qualifications to:

Your statement of interest must be received by January 18, 2022.
You can also seek nomination by collecting the valid signatures of at least 100 SafeAmerica Credit Union members on a petition. The petition must include your name and the last three digits of your SafeAmerica member number. Petitions must be received by January 31, 2022. Petitions are subject to signature and membership validation.
All nominees, whether selected by the nominating committee or nominated by petition, must be at least 18 years old, be members of SafeAmerica in good standing, and not be subject to conflicts of interest.
