We're continuously making improvements to the security of our online and mobile banking channel for you, our valuable member. Starting this month, we will begin rolling out updates that will effect the way you login.
We’ve added a layer of login authentication (called Multifactor Authentication) that will ask you to verify yourself the next time you login. You will be asked to input a 5-digit code that will be emailed or texted to you—you choose. You only need to do this verification once and will not be asked to do it again (unless you change your device).
This added level of security gives you new features such as:
- Ability to update your password, address, phone number and email address—all within online banking
- Ability to choose how you want to receive a 5-digit verification code (text or email)
Be sure to update your mobile app too! This latest update also includes new features in the mobile app such as:
- Access to your eStatements within the mobile app
- Ability to schedule transfers within the mobile app
